At first I thought the person I was dealing with was not a happy person. What actually was shown to me was just a very business oriented, efficient and in the end friendly woman who was doing 6 different things at once.. Because she was so serious about her job the line which was about 8-10 people deep just went bing bing bing and I was out the door. It was not the usual government cold faced I don't give a damn attitude that we have all experienced at places like the DMV. I give them AAA+.

All I needed was 2 small pieces of tape for a very small box. They had me tape the box with scotch tape or buy new tape when I didn’t bring cash with me. Very unprofessional, never before seen by any postal services.

I would like to say a great big thank you for our postal lady today. I do not know her name as she is fairly new but we live on Lovers Lane. She delivered a package to our house, we had not done our snow yet. She walked up our drive way from the street which is quite and long way with snow up to her knees to deliver our package. She needs an attagirl 1/9/24

I had a simple request about a package of medicine that was supposed to have been delivered to me. 45 minutes later I had punched in 1 thousand numbers and had received no help whatsoever. This phone and mail service is AWFUL. This was vitally important information I needed and I was sent on a wild goose chase. Shame on you!!!!

I am tired of my mail being delivered at completely different times throughout the day,they are not consistent by any means,also I am pretty upset that today I had a package that needed to be delivered today,I even paid the expedited shipping fee,and got a message in my tracking history saying that there was no access to delivery point,which is totally inaccurate,they've .delivered my mail..Not happy at all this mistake by them just cost me over $35.00 which is Alot of money for their mistake..I plan to call first thing on Monday and will attempt to get my shipping fee returned to me..

It would be nice if I were to get my mail rather than phone calls from people saying that it was returned to them... I live in Richland and most of my mail gets sent back to sender.
