The phone call to gather my information took nearly 30 minutes. The used a towing company from 10 cities away requiring 2 hours to reach me? Then 30 mins to load my vehicle. Then 15 minutes to the mechanic, and another 10 minutes to unload. Ridiculous!!!! When I had AAA years ago, a tow never took anywhere near this long.
I live in a major city, with tow companies everywhere. But for some reason AMAC used a company from the other side of the planet. Good thing I was calling from home and not the side of a busy freeway. I would not recommended this service to anyone.

We were heading back to Colorado recently and our trailer tire blew just west of Cozad, Nebraska. Frank with AMAC Roadside Assistance was awesome. He was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. He got us back on the road promptly. I can see why this local company has great reviews. Thank you again for your help!

This business, without a doubt, provides a phenomenal roadside assistance service. Frank was kind, punctual, and extremely helpful to us in our difficult situation which began on the interstate. If you ever need a tow, please give AMAC a call. I highly recommend them.

Aubrey and her company were absolutely amazing! Our starter went out randomly on our road trip home and they were the only company who answered our call for help. She was kind enough to drive and get the part and tools that we needed to fix our car and get back on the road home. We would have had to spend the night at the local hotel and found a ride to the store the next day if she hadn’t done that for us. Can’t say enough nice things about AMAC Roadside Assistance and highly recommend them to anyone who needs car/towing assistance.

Ran out of gas on the side of the 80 east. Called them instead of AAA and they were to us within 10 minutes of the call. Super helpful on the phone and they were able to come out to us almost instantly. Thank you so much!

Our vehicle broke down 1.5 miles from Cozad. We called all the towing companies we could find in the area and no one but AMAC answered. They went above and beyond to ensure that not only our car got towed, but that my kid, girlfriend, and myself got off the road and to a hotel safely and quickly.

Was stranded on I-80 due to failed camper brake. Camper wheel almost caught fire and it was Friday evening and struggled to find any help. After talking with AMAC I was relieved to find not only someone to help but someone with confidence in their work. Very good people and they saved my family vacation.
