Collins Automotive was great to work with. I had a leak in my tire from a nail puncture while traveling through Nebraska. They were able to patch it and I was back on the road within 15 minutes!

Hello, I'm Von. This experience was insane, but I'm going to use bullet points instead.
•Wife and I were moving. IL to our CL
• Serpentine belt snapped due to multiple causes. I smoked almost the entire belt and pulley system.
• This happened right down the street from these WONDERFUL people.
•After diagnosis and them ACTUALLY ATTEMPTING OTHER AVENUES to help us.
Even pointed us to a great hotel while we waited for our car to be fixed.
•Fixed things we didn't even know were wrong.
•CAR RAN BETTER THAN WHEN WE STARTED OUR JOURNEY.
2,076 MILES± FROM WHEN WE LEFT THAT SHOP AND GOING.

Great service...even if they weren't ones to fix my car. The car broke down on the interstate right before the Cozad exit, and I was able to putter off the shoulder and down the street just off the exit into their lot. After looking at the car, Steve and the crew determined they weren't able to fix it for me. I appreciated their candor and the quick follow-up even though it had to be towed to the dealership in Grand Island for specialized repair. I had to do this all over the phone from Omaha so it was helpful to have someone friendly and trustworthy to work with. Thanks Steve and the rest of the crew.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Collins Automotive is amazing!!!! Andrew was so wonderful at Collins automotive!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Our family had some car trouble while passing through Nebraska and Collins Automotive was able to see us immediately. Andrew was super knowledgeable, friendly and honest!!! I would always use Collins Automotive if we lived in the area. I highly recommend going there if you live in the surrounding area, or stopping in if you are on I-80 and need any maintenance. They were my saviors when I was in a pinch. Got a flat tire and ended up in the parking lot across the way from Collins Automotive. I saw them around the shop, even though they weren’t open, and asked if they would be willing to help me change my tire. I had been waiting for TripleA for 4 hours at this point, without hesitation they grabbed their gear and came to my rescue! I am very thankful for all their help!

The front part of our heat shield broke off during our road trip and Collins Automotive Repair came to the rescue! They were very friendly and gave very speedy service!
