I had a great experience at Tractor Supply Co in Cozad, NE! The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, but what really made the visit stand out was the customer service. James Thompson went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure customers leave satisfied. Highly recommend this location – and be sure to ask for James if you need a hand!

Don't expect to get a cash refund at this place, but instead, you get a gift card. They will tell you that you can return it, but don't expect cash, just saying. I experienced this myself 3 times, and I know others that said the same thing. It does not matter if you opened it or not. It doesn't matter if you show them a receipt. Just be sure your not returning it.
