Took a used jeep liberty 4x4 great condition with one tiny rust spot to sell they offered $975 for it. Keep in mind this thing runs great and the only thing that needs fixed is passenger window. Everyone knows a a 4x 4 system alone is worth at least $2000. Goes to show you how crooked most dealerships are wanted to buy it for $975 and would have sold it for $3,500. Pretty pathetic you have to take advantage of people who are struggling to get by. Someone with a fat bank account could have traded it or sold it for at least 2500 because the dealership would have gotten another sale.

About a year ago I had my pickup wrecked. I didnt want to pay to have it towed to a dealership so this was the closest shop from my house. They did the work but took twice as long. The driver door and front left fender was supposed to be replaced. The invoice even showed for a new door and fender and paint to match. The front fender was changed and painted the driver door wasnt. as much of the dent of pulled than filled with bondo. The hood was also supposed to be replaced and the same thing pulled and filled. Worst part i would have never known if it wasnt for the paint job on the door being so bad the lower half of the truck door felt bumpy and bubble. So i left the truck to talk to the owner about it getting fixed. 3 appointments later which so happens every time i schedule a time to meet with the owner to talk about having the paint job fixed. I was told something came up but i could pay for the repairs and come back later to see if the owner will repaint the door. This last time my wife was recording everything. The bigger heavy set guy cussing at her telling us we have no choice pay for it the way it is. I told him i dont care about paying but i want the paint on the door not to be bubble and thick drip lines. Alot of back and forth. Finally another customer comes up and he leaves to go help them he goes inside they come and talk to us we tell them and show them the work that was done and end up telling the sales guy that they didnt feel comfortable buying there and left. Right after that the cops were called. I talked to them for a while was told just to pay and to take my truck to another shop and have it looked at and fixed properly and see if i can go to court and get part of my money back. These people here seem nice and friendly. They cheat corners, they say the are gonna replace this or that but if they can fix it or make it look fixed they are gonna do it the cheap way and charge you for the expensive way. If you have to do business here i would document everything. They are the reason why no one trust small town shops. SCUMBAGS
