Bob is very hands on nd always helps with the jobs nd isnt afraid 2 get his hands dirty. Whn my girlfriend hit a deer nd also got in a fender bender i knew whre to go. His shop nd the work is superb nd best of all he knows how 2 deal with all the different ins. providers nd is reputable in the sense tht when u choose which body shop u want to work on ur vehicle since it is ur choice they have no problem or complaints with his work.
