I had an extremely unprofessional and concerning experience with the president of this branch on 7/18/2025. Justin Kozisek drove to my home with another unknown male individual and discussed personal banking matters in front of my family and friends, which was a serious breach of privacy. His approach was aggressive and inappropriate — he used intimidation tactics by confronting me in my driveway and demanding that I go to the bank to discuss my account. This behavior was both uncalled for and deeply unsettling.
I would appreciate it if someone from upper management or corporate could reach out to me directly to discuss this matter further.
To anyone who banks here or is considering please beware.

Bought a new car got the old one paid off got a refund check from the original car bank in Omaha due to getting extended add on warranty back. Deposited this check Thursday not one word said I checked my banking app today I'm negative now cause they put a 7 day hold on it . And was told they tried calling me and sent me a letter saying of it being held. I'm not happy it's my money ... This will get figured out ASAP or I'll take my business elsewhere.
