I have been with Selectel Wireless for years and I have had little to no issues. Today, however, Selectel Wireless from Crete called me multiple times within a short period of time. When I called back, I was greeted by a female employee with a snooty attitude. I explained I had a missed call from her but she decided to hang up because I didnt know the reason for her calling. What?! Then she calls my husband while hes at work and told him he needed to pay his bill, which is what I, myself, was trying to do. When he tried to explain he was at work and that his wife, me, would be paying it but he couldn't say that because she kept interupting him and pressuring him to just pay the bill there and now. When he once again tried to explain, the female employee hangs up on him too. I worked at this company for quite awhile and never acted that way towards customers. The fact that these kind of people are at this job, let alone keeping this job, and treating customers this way, is mind boggling. I'm also quite certain theres a note on our phone accounts telling employees to DO NOT CALL. Customer service is not what it used to be.
