I buy my 2012 Ford F-150 pickup from Sid Dillon Ford in Crete Nebraska and they told me this warranty that I pay good money for expecting to have good new parts put in my vehicle if it broke down the transmission on my Ford is out and they want to put a used transmission in it on top of that they've had it for a month and a half at a Ford dealership and I'm making payments on a vehicle I can't drive and they don't care whatsoever what goes on they sold the vehicle they sold the warranty they got their money they're happy they're laughing at me not a good policy at all I would not recommend buying their extended warranty as it is bullshit they want to use used parts not new parts used parts no idea how many miles are on this transmission or how long it will last so how long will it be before I have to put another one in at my car's Riverdale want to put in a remanufactured transmission and charged me thousands of dollars more let's go to the junkyard and get a used transmission and put in this man's vehicle hahaha very bad company

I would not recommend. I called to view one of their vehicles and got the run around. Multiple excuses by Edgar and the Fremont location, never got the same story. Finally after just a few questions was told basically I wouldn't be able to afford the car, even though he didn't know my finance. I got upset and told him to forget about it. Edgar then went around me and started to text my husband about me. Little sexist. Also he talked our finances with our friend. Talk about embarrassing to have your friend tell you this and thinking you're broke.

Almost one of the worst shopping experiences ever. Considered the purchase of a used vehicle. Found several major issues that made the vehicle inoperable. Salesman continually lied about the issues, almost like he thought he could convince me they weren't a problem. It was suppose to be "1-owner, passed a 92 point comprehensive vehicle inspection". Turned out to be a complete piece of junk. Obviously left without a vehicle, and feeling disgruntled due to traveling a long distance to inspect the vehicle. Being a new car dealer, I thought they would be reputable. I was wrong. Shop elsewhere.

Best place in the area to buy a car. No high-pressure hardball tactics here. Best of all, they have no "add-ons" or hidden fees like documentation fees. The price you're quoted is the price they will sell you the car for.
