I have been using Sid Dillon Ford services for a few years now. They are reasonably priced, do good work, and are willing to answer any questions I might have. Two years ago, they got me the exact tires I was searching for at a price cheaper than anywhere else. They have instilled confidence in me that any issues I might have they will be able solve reasonably and expediently.

Great dealership service department. Being Autistic this has been stressful. Everyone here has been very kind and understanding.I broke down 20 miles from dealership and 1200 miles from home. I had travel trailer with me.They squeezed me in the schedule so I could get worked seeing as I was just passing through and they let me stay in there parking lot with my trailer and also they let me get water so I could shower and cook.From a stress to calmness all due to these guys here at Dillon.If you have an issue with your vehicle they service, Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, Chevy, and Buick basically every brand. Honest service department.

I was not very pleased with the service. I waited for almost 3 1/2 hours to get an estimate on the repairs. And I had to go out to the service area to ask about my vehicle. I believe they should have come into the waiting room and told me. Then it took another 1/2 hour before I got my vehicle. I didn't get the repairs done due to the cost.

I cannot recommend Sid Dillon enough! from service, sales and management, they are five stars. In the past 6 years, we have purchased 3 cars from here and have been taken care of completely. No questions asked. Edgar Alarcon is an amazing salesman. Honest and forthright! We had a couple issues with the car we just purchased, but he, Mike W and Dan McWright took care of the problem. Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We won't buy a car anywhere else!
