“A representative from this company put a lot of time and effort into investigating a matter that happened a couple years ago for me. They were able to assure me that it was not one of their drivers we had the problem with. I appreciate them putting the time and effort in to resolve my issue as it was over two years ago I believe. Most companies wouldn’t go through the effort. Thank you for pursuing my concern, I do appreciate it, I apologize for the initial negative review, but now we’re able to set that straight. Like I said on the other review just acknowledge that you’ve seen my apology either on that site or this and I will drop that other review.”
