The power steering went out about a month later and the owner had me leave my car with him while he drove it to multiple shops to have a correct diagnosis and then he got it fixed. “I recently bought a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium from Neal Auto Sales in South Sioux City, Nebraska, and had a fantastic experience. Amber helped me through the whole process, and I can’t say enough about how patient and knowledgeable she was. Another thing that stood out: I showed up on a Saturday after their posted closing time, and not only were there still people there buying vehicles, but Amber went above and beyond by making a special trip back to the lot the next day (a Sunday, when they were closed) just so I could buy my car. That kind of customer service is rare.

I went over their and a man was their who just got a car and broke down the next day they talked to the man and he gave him another car. That didn't have a sticker or probably wasn't inspected for sale. Then found out that the other car they gave him started also having problems a sound in the motor and electrical problems windows don't roll up or down. And they r out some money.. I seen a post in facebook.. I hope they call BBB on them.. it is awful for them to treat consumers that way. Hope they make it right”
