This is a articulture trailer manufactory . If you have metal delivered here, they would use small gauge nail properly mount the load and when they unload it they will carefully de nail them to prevent from damage your wood floor. That's the first time for my years of trucking. They actually treat your trailer as their own product . Fast pace load and unload. Professional block and bracing process, friendly staffs . Organized yard and docks. I would do business with them again if I could! 6 stars. !!!

Love my brand new trailer, definitely no problem there. As far as the customer service side of things go, absolutely horrible service starting with with the salesman Cody in Lebanon. He was great at ordering the trailer, but when the time came it was supposed to be done, he kept beating around the bush about when it was supposed to be done. I called the plant myself and found the answer i was looking for very quickly as to why it wasnt done yet. Due date was 6-6-22, here we are 6-15-22 at the plant ready to pick up and they don't even have the paperwork ready. Been sitting here 2 hours so far and I feel like I'm just a number to them, like nobody cares.
