It’s hard to find acceptable internet options in rural areas - and frequently you may have all of one choice, sacrificing price, quality, or customer service.Not so with Big Red Communications. Their customer support is quick, helpful, knowledgeable and speak perfect English, ha! Their tech guys are incredible. They show up when stated, work hard, problem solve and truly go above and beyond. Their internet speed was a lovely change of pace for us - no, not as fast as you can get in the city, but for us it’s been fast enough to do business, stream TV, and game fairly well. Their price point is pretty typical for the type of setup they provide; not necessarily cheap, but a solid value. Their attentive customer service and rock solid tech support more than compensates.Go local. This company is worth it.

Customer service is top notch. I've had this for internet provider for close to 10 years. ZERO complaints on sevices!

We have had this service now for about 4 months.We have had no problems at all.Better service and internet than we have ever had.We live on a farm. Can’t get anything else out here it that’s ok. Like these guys a lot.I suggested them to my daughter.Hope she can do it.

Can't have more than one device streaming at the same time. We have a high Mb/s plan but it gives us about half of what we pay for. Company hasn't upgraded their equipment to be able to withstand our neighborhood on it. Not impressed.

We had Windstream for 20 years, and had nothing but problems. Since Big Red installed our satellite, we've had better internet service than we ever had with Windstream, and it covers everything we need. We have few options in our area, but I'm thankful Big Red was one of them.

Both me and my daughter and her husband live out in the country. Long ago we had internet using Windstream. It was totally horrible. It died oh every hour (not the power just the internet). With Windstream I could never watch anything on YouTube or Netflix or Amazon. NEVER.So we switched to Big Reg Communications for the internet. It worked well and never died like Windstreams did (well, ha, unless there was a severe thunderstorm).Now it's wonderful, not slow and watch anything on Netflix and Amazon. Actually now I am thinking about moving my phone to Big Red Communications. Can't for a bit (my number is being used a lot right now) but soon!AND one more amazing thing that is so so wonderful about them. My Router is 5 years old and needs to be replaced. Instead of insisting that they should come over to replace it. I was told that I could buy a router on Amazon and it would attach to them without them having to come into my house. SO SO WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL!And recently they replaced the radio with a much much stronger one! Charge me for changing this? No they don't
