Very very clean and well stocked front office and staff extremely friendly and effective. The rv spots are gravel and dirt so there’s a bit of mud. The sewer receptacle in the campsite is defective, your hose cannot connect and needs repair. You can hear Highway traffic, but it’s not too bad, the park itself is quiet. Sites are relatively level. I would recommend for an overnight stop :)

The Grand Island KOA in Nebraska is a hidden gem for travelers. It's not just perfect for an overnight stop; it's a place where you might find yourself wanting to extend your stay. The nostalgic reminder of Texas Panhandle corn fields adds a charming touch to the surroundings, evoking memories of my youth. The hosts are not just nice—they're the kind of people who make you feel at home on the road. The convenience of long pull-throughs, where you don't even have to unhook the tow vehicle, is a game-changer. I'm already looking forward to staying here again on my next journey through Nebraska!

I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience at a KOA, but this one is nice! I enjoyed sitting on their swings in the evening. They had clean bathroom facilities and showers. 20,30, & 50 amp hookups & water. The person at the front desk was welcoming and helpful when we arrived and departed. She went above and beyond when I was looking for a way to reheat my coffee before taking off in the morning. It’s about a 15 minute drive to town (Grand Island), which has a lot of options for grocery stores, gas, food, and coffee.Nearby activities: Food, grocery, convenience stores, coffee, and bowling in town (15 minutes away)Safety: Felt like a safe area. Out of town by 15 minutes.Walkability: You can walk around the grounds, but off the grounds isn’t very walkableFood & drinks: Pizza and coffee maker on site

Stayed overnight while traveling across Nebraska. The park was clean and orderly and the staff were friendly and efficient. A good overnight stay in the middle of corn fields.

Grand Isle KOA NE. The Koa itself was not bad. Was clean and located in a nice area however management was absolutely horrible. KOA corporate is not forthcoming or cooperating either. The problem stems from our visit June 29th 2023 site #72. A woman driving her oversized camper way to fast side swiping our awning in the process. My wife went over to talk to her and the woman was unhinged right out of the gate. We went to the front office to see if we could get resolve and they said they had trouble with her and her dogs . So they were totally reluctant to talk to her. You pay extra at a KOA to get quality ,nice campers . Not here . Sent many emails to corporate and have heard nothing back.

Bring own ice/supplies, miles from other stores. Laundromat had 3 broken machines (guests said a long term issue). Wi-fi was decent, Roku TV needs instructions how to access limited, free channels. Friendly desk staff! Liked the cabin accommodations.

Nice location! Had a quick stay but loved the pool and amenities. Only downside was the amount of black flies we ran into at the time. Might just be a seasonal deal though so trying not to Ding to much for that.

Great stop for an overnight stay - close to the highway. Sites like many KOAs are a bit close but we had room for our slide outs and tow. Great service and pizza

Very easy to get to off the I-80. Clean place, spacious campgrounds. Get here before 5 pm and you can have a hot, really good pizza delivered right to your campsite. The wifi is the best we have used in four years of full timing, it's excellent, even at peak hours of use. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool is clean and inviting. I only wish when arriving they would show you to your site, it is extremely helpful, especially when it's your first time. I understand it's extra work but adds a nice touch to your service. I would reccomend this location as one of the nicer KOAs across the country.
