“Had a very important package worth very little yet priceless to a 8 year old great great grand daughter. Weather caused a delay, was furious with the customer service representatives knowledge or options available to me. I am assuming because of this that I have nothing other then the local office to thank for getting my package there. They were scheduled to be closed, my package was only suppose to be delivered on a week day but someone who has restored my faith in humanity and service delivered my package on Saturday any way! I realize weather happens and things are out of their control but someone went the extra mile and I am very thankful.”
