“Awesome service. Found this shop after getting off of I80 after finding a cover on the underside of the Mrs's Escape had broken loose and was dragging on the pavement. Terry (?) dropped what he was doing to check out the problem, fixed it in less than 20 minutes so we could get back on the road for Chicago for a funeral for a family member.
