No one answers the phone anywhere not even the 800 number. I was told there was a 5 minute hold wait time at 32 minutes I finally hung up I now know why the can not make money

These guys do everything they can not to do their job, just like every other part of government.

Although they're friendly, the lack of reliability and the extreme efforts it takes to complete something as simple as a change of address....... can somebody just privatize postal service already. Mail is to important for the "good enough for government" mentality.
