If 0 stars was an option it would be given. Had tractor repaired by Akrs and stopped working. I live out of state and am trying to coordinate getting tractor fixed. Was provided a day/time to pick up and did not happen. Then was called 3 days later and said that they were at location to pick up but there was no tractor. Called and informed I was not aware they were coming and there should be no issue getting tractor for remainder of week. Here we are a week later, I call, and I get scolded from Akrs that I informed them the location of tractor and when they came to get it, it was not there and proceeded to badger me about why I would provide incorrect information and I am wasting their time.

Scott and the team back in small equipment are rock stars and deserve five stars, but the people at the parts desk have ZERO customer service skills and seem to think they're doing you a favor by eventually strolling up to the point of sale. I dread going in and purchasing anything from the retail floor. I'm confident this frumpy old man would get better customer service if I stumbled in the snottiest clothing store where only the cool girls work.

Dropped off a gator and the kid wouldn't take the nails out of the floor for me. He cut the straps and left it for me to do.

Terrible customer service. I was told the cost to fix our tractor was going to be around $800 no other communication was given when we picked it up the bill was over $2000. They don't call with updates or ask if you are ok with the costs

I am late with this review and I apologize. Everyone at AKRS Equipment was great.I purchased a John Deere driving mower April 20th 2023 and I love it!!! Best driving mower I have ever had. They went over operation and answered all my questions. Helped me load it onto my trailer also. I can't say enough about the team there. Jeff Schindler finalized the deal with me. Others Helped me to but I can't remember they're names. Thanks everyone, you have my business....

I grew up on a farm in Iowa, we were John Deere people so I have always been loyal to that brand. I also have a three-year-old grandson who likes to go to “the tractor store“ and see equipment. Recently, I took him to the AKRS near Elkhorn to look around. Mike Mackey the manager came out greeted us and gave us a tour so we could see the “big gear“ in the back, even let my grandson get in a $500,000 combine and honk the horn! Of course, we walked out of there with another John Deere toy. Mike, thanks so much for taking the time, it made my grandson’s day! you guys are the best.
