“Went through the wash yesterday with my van and the antennae fell off. I came back today and spoke with the manager. He kindly offered to reimburse me for the cost of the replacement. I purchased one and brought back the receipt, which then went through again for a great wash. My big van is hard to dry each time, but the towels and car products make the difference and I will keep coming back. Appreciate the leadership at this location!”
