I discovered this organization in my search for rental assistance. Someone recommended them to me as another source that would be able to help me as I’m going through financial hardships. When I called, there was automated prompt with instructions to go to website and check if I’m eligible for assistance in the area they served. I did, and the site said to click a link to be directed to the application, but the site wouldn’t pop up.I emailed them for help. I plead my case and asked if there was anything that could be done. The responses I received were short and late. From the way their email responses were formed, it was as though whomever I was emailing with was casually texting from their phone short and vague responses. I put forth effort in my emails to sound professional so as to show sincerity and that I’m taking my case seriously.They told me a few days later that I’m not eligible for assistance because I’m not in the outer city limits. Period. Nothing else. They didn’t even try to provide recommendations for places that could help me further.

They told me that they can’t help, I told them I was suicidal and they response was seek help!!!Not hey let’s talk about this, they are not about human dignity and are not compassionate about human life, placed like this are why I don’t believe in god or them…They have no soul or morals, especially when they say seek mental health.. I was upset and stressed out, seek help, not very religious of them or any compassion from them at allAs you see by their response, no ethical moral or lack of human dignity - hope that they can live with the fact they don’t have a souls and are not worth a dime to donate too, I will donate money to people who have a soul and will listen
