“F45 Elkhorn is fantastic!! Visiting Omaha and took a 5am class on July 4th with Gustavo. Love that they had such an early class on the holiday.
The facility is HUGE! Such nice bathrooms and lockers, and the actual studio is so large, clean and well equipped - I could really spread out and there were ample weight options set up.
Gustavo was very helpful, provided some knowledgeable form notes & corrections, which I so welcomed.

“I started with Tony T. the last week of January 2024 I was recovering from knee surgery. I was a little scared when I got to the gym but Tony's strong encouragement and knowledge gave me the courage to try out the gym.
It had been decades of not taking care of me. Now after a little over a year I continue to work with Tony, and I can now run and play with my grandkids.
Tony keeps me trying new things but in a very safe and secure environment. With his guidance I have tried most of the equipment at the gym and some that I was afraid to try at first, I can do now.
Tony takes the time to tell me what the machine of exercise will work what muscles. He demonstrates the motion and lets me know when I am doing it right.
