In a business with potentially disgruntled customers, he keeps his cool and remains professional and courteous. I can't speak highly enough about him. I would go back to this Public Storage location in the future just because of James.”
“This place is great. They never raised the price of the unit over the 17 months I was there. Well maintained property. Gated entry, barbed wire perimeter fencing, security cameras, and the manager lives on site. Great bang for your storage buck.”

“First storage unit I have ever had to rent. Rented at this location for 2 years. Diane was phenomenal and made this experience easy and smooth. Minor issues occurred and were handled accordingly. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.
My only take away, wrap your belongings very well. Or they will be covered in dust/debris/webs/etc. due to weather stripping on doors not being the best outside.”

“I rented a space for $200 a month in Omaha NE at 134th and Giles. They were communicative, friendly and helpful! When I scheduled a move out, it poured and my truck did not show… they extended it and took a partial payment over the phone, no problem! 😌 what a relief! 😅 but… the fridge wouldn’t fit! So yet another day and what?!? No problem! Guys if you have had a bad experience, it’s definitely due to the location management, not Extra Space Storage. Call Blake or John at extra space, and you will see what tries customer service looks like!”

“Very happy with our unit. We have a 35 ft class A stored inside. Our unit has an electric outlet and electric garage door. Plenty of room to pull in and out of. Reasonably priced. The location is one of the only places in the area that didnt flood during the record flood a few years back. My only complaint is the security fence does not completely surround the property. It seems open to a cornfield on the west side.”
