Would be a great place if hailey propher was not an aide there. And I quote her words “I’m only in this for the money” aides like this shouldn’t be in this line of work yet you continue to hire. She has called residents fat and refused to transfer someone who was a two assist unless the use of a lift was involved. Which unless they’re labeled as a lift they shouldn’t be on a lift. Please do better
