Went in to.pay my bill...so.im.secondary on my husband's account I say his name and introduce.myself as the wife so she says so blank blank..yes but I haven't changed my last name yet on the account or my i.d. newly married..(from out of state) ,in ur state on business..so she says I cannot PAY MY PHONE BILL! WHY? BECAUSE I SAID I WAS HIS WIFE...so itell her I'm able to verify devices like how many and what they are on account where the bill had been paid last 3 times and more and adress and both of our phone numbers seeing how they're completely different pH numbers..nope will not let me.pay my bill......so.i get fusterated at this point how stupid..she says ..computer says wife has NO ACCESS TO ACCT..not even what it says ..it says wife may not make changes on acct without passwprd..which is on my fridge In my r.v in another town where I'm headed back to....I don't want to make changes lady...I want to pay my damn phone bill...really irritating she couldn't read or understand ANYTHING concerning paying a damn phone bill...incompetent moron......needs to be fired and replaced with newly skilled operator of store.period !!!!! This location is a joke just because of this lady's ignorance. Good day! Worst time ever paying a bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
