Just evil. I had surgery today and am in quite a bit of pain. My doctor gave me a paper script and there was something wrong with it. Instead of calling and telling me or letting me know when I dropped it off, they waited until I called to check because it was getting late to let me know. It’s not their fault there was a script error, but they could have taken a little initiative to let me know. It’s 6 on Friday evening and I have no idea if I’ll be able to get ahold of anyone to send an e script until monday.

Today my dad and I went into town and was able to pick up the prescription med for another relative. The lady that helped us was really sweet and fast. Since it was called in, it was ready upon arrival. The pharmacy area seems really clean and the time we went about 1pm on a Friday it wasn't busy. Thank you Wal-Mart Pharmacy having it ready!

I appreciate the fact you can order refills on line and they notify you when they are ready. The staff is extremely friendly and they always had my meds on hand. During Covid I appreciated the outside pick up but it did take some time so I don’t use it anymore. My only complaint is the hometown pharmacy is still more convenient as it is in and out with no temptation to buy several items while waiting in line. I use both which works well for me.

There is something wrong every single time I go there. They might not even know why a script isn't filled. You ask them how long amd you can't get a straight answer or, if you do, you will show up on time or even later and it still isn't ready. There is never an apology. I don't go for myself, only to pick up my elderly fathers medications. The only reason he goes is because you simply can't beat the price. I don't know, to me, its worth the money to go to a different pharmacy to not have to deal with the frustration. Its incredibly disappointing and sad that Wal-Mart has such a monopoly on this kind of thing that it makes it very difficult to go somewhere else. Especially for our communities elderly people living on a fixed income.

What a joke. I live 20 minutes away from the Fairbury Walmart. I come in after an ER trip with my kid to get a script for an OTC (but behind the counter) filled. I wait in line for 15 minutes. No big deal, she's busy, I get it. Then the girl comes, takes my script punches it her into computer, answers two phone calls, puts them on hold, mutters I'm never going to get to lunch, and says this won't be ready for 45 minutes. We close in three minutes so I can go to lunch and then I can fill it. I said I don't live here. She says 2:15. Ridiculous. This is exactly why I don't use Walmart pharmacy anymore. She plans for it to take 15 minutes, but I have to wait in line for 15 minutes then spend 10 minutes giving her my script, then come back in 45 minutes. So I have now will have over an hour invested in a medicine for my sick kid who by the way is sitting in the car. I know she needs lunch, but it's not my fault that she's alone. #Epicfailwalmart. #thisisthereasonpeoplehatewalmart

The Pharmacist and techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. They're more than willing to take the time to answer any questions you have even if it's not necessarily a prescription item. If the RX has been called in, then it's usually ready when we arrive. Even when we bring in the script, the wait is not long.
