The staff at Fairfield Butcher Shop demonstrate great customer service from their friendly smiles to answers all questions we have had. The meat is always fantastic as well!

A very nice butchershop that beats out the big stores on meat quality. It's hard to imagine a good butchershop in such a accursed town. Fairfield, is an EXTREMELY unfriendly town. I've done hauling clear up into North Dakota, and clear down south into Texas as well as Minnesota. I get my meat supplies here when visiting family in the area and quickly GET OUT fast from this town. I'd say out of all the cities and towns I have visited. Fairfield is by far the WORST town in America. It even makes Chicago look like a crown jewel compared to this town.
