Customer service in local store offers bandaids as a solution to not having the service I'm paying for. Also worst internet provider I've EVER had. I do not recommend spectrum internet service. I was told the tap on the line is bad, it was suppose to be fixed a MONTH ago. If I had a better choice of internet I would drop spectrum in a heartbeat. THIEVES!

If I could give less than one star I could. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. Do NOT trust their salesman. My equipment was picked up & STOLEN by the salesmen. I was charged for services I NEVER EVEN USED. Do not trust them, do not sign up for them, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.

We have had problems with our service every since our initial hook up. Now we have several channels that are blacked out that we can't watch. Maintenance is NOT supposed to start until midnight! So why are their so many issues?! Absolutely hate Spectrum!

The people in the office are wonderful. The service of the provider is spotty at best. It appears that they don't have redundant service and they have undersized capacity. Internet buffers a lot

Need an id to trade in cable box did not know the girl and obviously did not know me have me a number to call for activation took 25 minutes on hold then asked if this number okay to call back if get cut off I said if that happens may need to rethink my numbers years of loyalty to time warner/ spectrum. Took another twenty minutes was tired and cranky

Do not use Spectrum. I canceled my service 4 days into a billing cycle and they are now trying to get me to pay the full bill for a service they are no longer providing!! You can get Hulu with local and other channels for only $45/month which is 1/2 the price of Spectrum and that’s with DVR service. You can add on other channels for very little extra, all cheaper than Spectrum. If you use Spectrum you will regret it.
