“I recently had a service appointment and did not have a good experience. I had a question after I had checked my vehicle in so I came to the service desk and the representative ignored me. He told me that he was going to help someone else. So I went back to the waiting area hoping he will come and get me to address my question. It was not until the service was completed that he came to get me with the paperwork and asked me to sign.”

“B Street collision worked on my wife’s 2017 Ford escape after a Large tree branch rolled over the Front of it, crushing the windshield and smashing the area near the lower part of said glass… It came out looking so good and everything works well-(wipers ect)!
