Jeni was so very empathetic and provided me excellent customer service while still doing her job at the same time she gave me options so that I was able to pay to get my stuff out of storage and was not mean at all. she she gave me extra time to get the money to her knowing that my father's stuff was inside my unit. I've never met a person so wonderful and so empathetic toward my situation while still doing their job at the same time. Five hundred stars”
“This place is great. The manager came and met me the first time I came. He was very nice and helpful and made sure I could use the locks etc, showed me the hours and phone number for after hours, etc. The facility is really nice too.”

“Great service, they've always been very helpful and understanding. Facilities are all enclosed by fences and access is controlled after office hours. That takes a little of the worry away.”
