The staff will ignore you, once you get someone’s attention they interrupt you to answer a 15 minute phone call (they could of put them on hold or ASKED if it was okay) I had called and made an appt in advanced.I had a tire change done at the Franklin location on a vehicle and when it was done I pulled the car out of the garage the car was making a scraping noise and the breaks started shaking. Came straight back and had someone test drive it. They said the car was fine and the scraping was stickers they didn’t remove from the tires. I got into the car and the issue persisted. Halfway home a ton of lights came up showing there was an issue. I brought it back again the next day for 2 hours and they said the issues were not related to what they did. The owner/manager was defensive. The car worked fine until the service. I now have an appt with another shop to look over the car.Fiancé had the same experience at the minden location when trying to get a tire picked up.
