Cyndi was absolutely amazing. I was greeted with a friendly hello & welcome to AT&T and a huge smile. She helped me upgrade my phone and download some apps I needed help with. She took her time and answered all my questions. Thanks Cyndi & thanks to her I'll keep coming back to Fremont location

Stopped into the store because I was having problems with my phone. Alex and Austin helped me out and got my phone straightened out for me. Guys know what they were talking about it was genuinely a great experience stopping into this store.

My brother had difficulty with upgrading to a new plan with straight talk, frustrated he walked into the ATT store in Fremont NE, Denise (employee ) could see his frustration (which had nothing to do with ATT) and she basically took him by the hand and got him set up on a plan, and within a very short time she had him all set up, waking out the door! The new plan is even less $$, bonus! She was fabulous, friendly and extremely helpful! Very pleased with her customer service ?

The Fremont AT&T store is fabulous; by far our best experience with ATT retail stores! We’ve had so many frustrating visits to ATT stores but this was very different. Lysh, Denise, and Matthew are flat excellent, providing the finest in customer service. Cannot recommend them high enough.

The manager, Lysh, is fantastic with customers! If it wasn't for her we would have left AT&T long ago. She is very helpful, and helps explain our phone...even helps teach us how to use it when we have questions!

Had an issue after setting up service with another store, went into the AT&T in Fremont to see if they could help, the lady manager offered to call customer service for me and sat with me on hold, unfortunately customer service couldn’t help me but I appreciate her at least trying to make things right even though it was Target that messed everything up. Fremont knows how to treat their customers right!!!!

I received wonderful service from the manager, Lysh, who was very knowledgeable about the new iPhone coming out at the end of September 2023!! I was able to preorder my new phone, no complications or problems! She is my go to gal when it comes to iPhone accessories!! Thank you ?.
