Switched from Boost mobile due to coverage issues. Was a slow start due to under experienced employees but they didn't give up. Paying a little more now but I'm satisfied so far.

Kim went above and beyond, she told the time to show me apps, set up my watch and connected devices. She transfered my 23 gbs of data and held conversation with my during the 2 hr process. Kim made me feel like more than just a number and that's why I made the switch from Verizon.

Spent 14 hours there over a weekend because the staff is absolutely clueless. All they were worried about was selling accessories instead of figuring out how to fix the issue with them not leasing our phones out correctly to us. Didn’t know how to do anything and because of them I’ve had to make 2 trips to the Omaha corporate store so they could fix Fremonts mistakes. I’ve only had AT&T a month and it’s been nothing but a horror show.

Paid 45.00 for a lifetime replacement program on tempered glass for my phone and then was told I needed to pay 8.00 to replace it if it was damaged when the same glass protector costs 4.99 at Walmart. I would definitely not recommend paying for the 45.00 class cover I called customer support and they said talk to the store manager(in this case Mariah) and they usually waive the cost but I was informed that Mariah was the one who instructed them to charge me after calling in. Just one big sales scam!!!

Savannah was awesome yesterday. I came into the store with an Apple ID issues and she happened to instantly fix it. She also sold me a new iPad since I had problems with mine, and was very nice to work with. I would go back to this store in a heart beat they are very helpful and willing to do what it takes to help you fix your issue. I’ve been to many att stores around the USA and this girl was the only one who could fix my Apple ID. 12/10 recommend this store
