As an unexpected bonus, they even took the time to remove a lot of unsightly dog hair from the inside of my vehicle. That wasn’t part of the repair, and they certainly didn’t have to do it, but it showed the pride they take in their work and the extra care they give their customers.

“Not NAPAS fault but UHAUL didn't put the 2 wheeler or the appliance dolly in the truck. Didn't bother to tell me that so I had to scramble and ended up buying both. 🤷
NAPA did make returning the truck super simple but I wouldnt rent from uhaul again.”

“Always do a good job and when you ask for a specific oil or a different filter then their standard they use your preferred product even if they have to get it off the shelf. Now don't get me wrong you still have to pay for the difference from the standard and what you want used but worth the money from the low end product and the best worth it to protect your investment of your vehicle.”
