From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, John and Eric were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the repair process as stress-free as possible. They kept me informed every step of the way and were a great advocate for me when communicating with the insurance company, making sure my vehicle was repaired properly instead of taking shortcuts. Their willingness to look out for my best interests gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process.
The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations—my vehicle looked like new when I picked it up. As an unexpected bonus, they even took the time to remove a lot of unsightly dog hair from the inside of my vehicle. That wasn’t part of the repair, and they certainly didn’t have to do it, but it showed the pride they take in their work and the extra care they give their customers.

“This is my new go to place. I come from a family of mechanics, but due to age and health, I don’t take my vehicles to my family anymore. Not being mechanically inclined beyond basic maintenance and repairs, I needed a person or group of people who can explain to me what needs to be done, and can communicate effectively through the process. These guys check all the boxes. Every one of them treats me with high respect. They don’t make me feel stupid or like I’m a nuisance for asking a lot of questions, but are very patient and accommodating. They are organized, and excellent communicators. If they ever find something wrong beyond what I originally brought the vehicle in for, they promptly contact me and make me aware of what needs to happen, and in some cases give me practical options and advice in such circumstances because they are sensible and understanding about the cost to me. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I’m big on trust, and this shop has earned it from me.”

“I took an older Jeep in to see if they could correct some noise up in the front and named a couple of other things they could look at. They went through my jeep and told me things that were wrong with it that I agreed and told him to fix they gave me estimates on everything and took their time to make sure things were done right on it. I even had a gas gauge that was not working and I was so happy to see that by the time I got my jeep back it was working again as a repaired the gas tank and found the disconnected wires. I am so happy with the job that they did and the prices that they charged were very reasonable. I would recommend it anyone to go to tailgate motors and get your Fixed up for a reasonable price and a lot of good guys working in there Dylan Tyler and I believe it was Seth. “Always do a good job and when you ask for a specific oil or a different filter then their standard they use your preferred product even if they have to get it off the shelf. Now don't get me wrong you still have to pay for the difference from the standard and what you want used but worth the money from the low end product and the best worth it to protect your investment of your vehicle.”
