10-1-25 came here from Lincoln for truck alignment because local shops were busy and I was advised by Lincoln Bauer location to call Fremont. 10 min after truck in, manager says there is coolant leak. Coolant leak?! Nothing was leaking when I got there.
Long story short: alignment guy hit one of the coolant lines when he was checking bushings, broke plastic connector. I mean it happens, I get it, but why not just tell honestly that you did it? And saying I have a “water leak”. Shame.
I spent there about 1 hour to fix it myself, no problem. You broke it and no one even asked during that time if I needed anything.
I’m not even saying there was anything better after the alignment was done. Nothing. Still pulling to a side. But it is not the issue.
Just be honest and don’t play like small kids

I had to have them called out on a Sunday they showed up quickly and had me back on the road in about a hour 45 minutes.

Karen got me in right away to have my tire repaired yesterday afternoon. Brian showed me what was punctured in my tire. He was able to repair my tire and get me safely back on the road again.

I bought a tire here, but had another shop mount it as they were pretty busy. They did some juggling to make a tire available, which was greatly appreciated as we were passing through and didn't want to wait for a tire to be delivered.
