Rude as hell. Took the Nissan Altima Coupe 25S for a test drive. Metal scraping when you go and stop. Told the owner about it and told us that he doesn’t wanna do business with us.

Ed Frey is the BEST!!!! Took my car in to get it detailed and it smelled so good when I got in it and was absolutely spotless. He also had a solution to my car handle problem. Thanks Ed I definitely will be back.

I called to schedule a detail on my vehicle. The owner was incredibly rude and refused service telling me that I could take my vehicle elsewhere.

Went to take my car in for and auto detail ,he asked me if I had a ride back home I said no that I thought I would wait, he laughed (by the way I took my car in at 8 am) and he said it won't be done til 4 and I said oh I didn't realize it would be that long (I guess I had no idea) he then proceeded to tell me how he is only one person and I could take it somewhere else.this is the first 5 minutes I was there so needless to say I was furious, in my mind I'm thinking I am paying for a service so it's not my problem if your the only one the guy was rude and has no customer service skills at all I will never go back to this place again and will take my business elsewhere?

I had Frey's Auto detail my 2017 Escape today 06/26/19 and he did a great job. When he was done it was extremely clean in all areas. When I took it in the vehicle was really in very dirty condition due to living on gravel roads. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend their service to anyone wanting to pay a reasonable price for detailing their vehicle. When it is needed I will be taking my vehicle back again to him.

Bought a car from here last February. It was a good price and was a very nice car to say the least. Very friendly and cordial and he was open to Negotiation on the car.

We went in on a Thursday to Fremont to look at cars. We got to this particular place at about quarter till 5pm, apparently we had lost track of time. No biggie it was just important to us to find the right car! There were two cars we were interested in looking at. An older gentleman (the owner)came out and grated us with a "window shopping eh?" not thinking anything about the comment I proceeded to ask him if he did test drives or not. He said he did but unless we were going right around the block we wouldn't be able to because he had to be somewhere promptly after 5pm. I asked him if he would be in tomorrow (friday) and he said yes but to come back to test drive on Saturday. Hmmmm. We took our business else where. Pretty sad because I was told he had a good reputation but was not fond of his customer service.
