The employees here are the best people, especially in pharmacy. I don't know what kind of training they go through to deal with people, but they are the most patient, kind, helpful people I've met. I've seen people pretty upset that they have to deal with, and they never lose their cool and just keep being as helpful as possible.

HY-VEE Aisles Online SUCKS!!!! I placed a simple order for my sister last night. They delivered it today. i ordered 7 peaches....she got 1. I ordered a POUND of small white potatoes, she got ONE potato!!! They asked about substituting her orange juice. I said that was fine. Ordered 2.... she got NONE!!! WTH??!!!

I used to work for hyvee years ago, and have been shopping at hyvee for nearly 15 years. I have had more issues in the 4 months since I've moved to fremont than I had in that entire time. The store itself is nice, and clean. That being said, there's a tendency to not stock empty shelves during sales unless you ask someone to check. Items marked on sale don't ring up at sale price, so I am constantly having to go to cs desk to have prices/fuel savers fixed. I use the Isles Online service frequently as I work 10hr shifts, and the roommate works 6-7 days a week. Since moving to Fremont, nearly every order has been messed up, or missing items. This weekend, both the roommate and I are sick, so I did an online order to be delivered. 4 6packs of soda were missing. The delivery person didn't answer when I called, and when I called the store, was basically told there's nothing they can do, and nobody will fix this until Monday... *edit* the missing soda was dropped off yesterday, and today some one called me, and gave a refund which i was not expecting at this point, and said they would look into why my orders keep getting messed up. Very nice person.

Ordered a birthday cake for my husband on April 19 to be picked up on April 24th. When a showed up the worker behind the counter looked for awhile, then came and asked me if it had to be refrigerated. I told him I don’t know. He looked for a little bit longer and said a record of the cake. No apology or anything. Today I called and spoke to a manager, he apologized and said sometimes we have careless kids working. Very disappointed with the whole experience! Will not be ordering a cake from them again.

I went in at 7:53 to pick up some Chinese food. I realize that they close at 8:00 but my kitchen is unavailable and I just wanted to grab what they had left in the warmers. The lady working there was busy talking to her friends and glared at me rudely saying we are closed. I picked up some refrigerated meals and a bottle of sweet and sour. I checked out and got back to my car by 8:02. I won't be back.

I would like to let everyone know how happy I am with HyVee each time I visit. Employees are helpful and friendly prices could be less but they have sales all the time on things I actually need. The bakery makes an oatmeal raisin cookie that will make you leave your spouse. It is nice being able to shop in a clean well lit store without trash or other items in the isles.

i was shopping in your store this evening when one of your manager or supervisors was screaming very loudly at a few of your employees I was a few aisle over getting some items before going to see who was yelling person yelling at the others had a name tag of Alexis saying some pretty nasty things towards other employees i was in your store around 636pm ish after that happened i asked that employee where a item i could not find was and she then yelled in a rude

I love hyvee but not their floral department. I ordered Mother’s Day flower’s and they had to put together a substitute arrangement, understandable. However, the substitute was NOT worth the price I paid. It looked like a 4th grader maybe put some random flowers in there and called it good. Unacceptable. Also I had to have them go to deliver the flowers twice because they couldn’t follow the instructions I had wrote out because I knew they may get confused. Upon dropping off the flowers the second time around, they didn’t even deliver it to the correct place AFTER calling them. Won’t be buying flowers from Hyvee again.

We ordered food for pick up last Sunday and have been told it was ready for pick up and then when Ingot there it was not ready. I was told they would deliver our order the next day and today is Thursday and we still not have received our food. What is going on?

Donuts are straight trash rise and shine is better. Pretty disappointed they didn't give me a free donut on national donut day. Can I get a rip in the chat.
