Our experience was very poor. We ordered for our son 2 weeks before his league started. We live in Omaha and chose to have it shipped. It took my husband calling the week before to ask if it was being shipped. They advised they had been busy but it would be in the mail that week. The week of we called on Thursday because we still hadn’t received jerseys, shorts or socks. My husband recieved a lot of attitude. Advised it was sitting in the basement and still wasn’t shipped. She was confused why our child that was only playing Rec wanted competitive socks and shorts. Why did it matter? We wanted black shorts and orange socks. Then she advised they only had a small left in his size jersey but the orange would have to be medium. We would need to drive to Fremont to pick it up Friday because his game was Saturday. I called to make sure they could put the number on his Jersey and to make sure everything would be squared away after my 30 minute drive. I got there, at any point was there any apology. Or over the phone. It seemed as though our phone calls inconvenienced them. I left that day and came home. Only to see they gave us orange socks Men’s size large instead of small which was printed on the receipt. By far the WORST customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. Would not recommend and extremely frustrated that we HAD to go through them for our sons soccer apparel.

Lou's Sporting Goods is a great place to go if you are looking for name brand sporting equipment and clothing. The staff is nice and helpful. They also do custom t-shirts and sweatshirt for any team. Their prices are reasonable and it saves you a trip into Omaha.
