Merritt Trailers, Inc. is a helpful and accommodating business that provides excellent customer service. When a customer's horse trailer lost a wheel near their location, the staff worked hard to find parts, recommended a nearby campground, and even helped transport the horses. Although repairs took three weeks, they allowed the trailer to stay at their facility until fixed. The business is also praised for skilled work on trailers, with staff members being professional, attentive, and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, Merritt Trailers is highly recommended for their caring service and quality work.
