For the first time ever, I actually liked the salesman, Drew. He wasn't at all pushy. He was very accommodating with my test drives. He patiently answered all my questions. Negotiation went smoothly, no waiting while he "spoke with his supervisor" about my offer. He showed me the Carfax, and warranty info right from his computer. I am very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased.

TLDR; This dealership completely screwed me over on a replacement car after a drunk driver destroyed my old car, and they don’t care at all. Do not buy here; they are not trustworthy people. This past year a drunk driver totaled my (paid off) 2016 Nissan Rogue while it was sitting in my apartment parking lot. The other driver’s insurance paid me $12k for my vehicle. I took that money to Miller’s Auto and purchased a used 2014 Chevy Equinox with 103,000 miles. There was a sign in the windshield that said “NO WARRANTY on used vehicles over 99k miles,” so I asked specifically if there was truly no warranty, just to confirm. The salesman said that was correct, and no warranty was ever offered to me for purchase. The sale process was okay overall, except the salesman wrote up the bill of sale with with the wrong vehicle VIN number, so he had to meet me the next day and have me resign all the paperwork I had already signed. The office was dirty and outdated, but served it’s purpose. We bought the Equinox for $13k.One month later, the engine failed , stranding my family on I-80, and required an $11k engine reconstruction. I could not afford the reconstruction after just buying the car with all the money I had from my Nissan Rogue insurance payout.I contacted Miller’s Auto to hear if they would work with me with this situation, and was told “you should have bought a warranty.” NEVER was I offered to purchase a warranty. When I specifically asked about the warranty on the vehicle, they told me there was not one on a vehicle with 99k miles, so they directly lied to my face about there being warranty options that I could have (and would have!) purchased. At the end of the day, this dealership will do whatever they need to to take your money and run, and now I’m out $13k with nothing to show for it. They did not care at all that this happened to my family, all because a drunk driver destroyed my old car. If you want a respectable, reliable, trustworthy dealership, go anywhere but here!

Do not buy from here…… I bought a car and day later the light came on and found out that it will take $10000.00 to fix and I was told by drew that owners said” there is nothing they can sorry” so take your money somewhere else because this place sells junk and no customer service

You guys are horrible for selling a vehicle that breaks down within an hour and not do anything to fix the problem.

Sold my friend a car that broke down the same day. Would not take it back. Crooks if you ask me.

We had a pretty good experience getting our car here. We were allowed to test drive it without an employee breathing down our necks. We got it below asking price and they waived the fee to use a card. They also had a sweet dog who I got to hang out with and pet while waiting on my bank to finish the transaction. The only thing I didn't like was that they waited until the week before our temp plates expired to send us the title so we could get the car licensed, which caused some problems at the DMV.

I had to spend 500 on repairs to my car less than 30 day after I bought it due directly to their lack of basic care for vehicles on their lot. Don't go here unless you want to be screwed over!

I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima with 126000 miles on it in February for 9500 which I know was way to much because 9 months later the transmission went out. Which is going to cost me 3800 dollars and I haven't even payed off the car yet. When I called Miller Auto, they basically told me that the car was worth 9500 dollars, even though it had a bad transmission. I suggest you don't buy a car from the company because they like, and they overcharge.

Normally I loathe the entire car buying experience; the test driving, negotiating, the paperwork, all of it. Thankfully, Miller's Auto Sales changed my opinion on this matter. Not only did I find a quality car at a more than affordable price, I was given excellent customer service. Drew was patient in answering my financing questions as well as my questions about the warranty. There was no haggling and I LOVE my car! So, if you are in the market for a new-to-you vehicle and are looking for a different type of car buying experience, I highly recommend working with Miller's Auto Sales.
