Not what was expected. I called yesterday and left a message to see if they had Fed Ex boxes. They didn't call back even though the message says they will. About 24 hrs later I sent my husband with the package, a prepaid FedEx label, and no box, since I figured that would be the only reason they wouldn't call back. I was wrong. They don't carry them and my husband ended up just buying a box and bubble wrap.

I had a heavy box to ship back. I went in he down loaded my return label then went out got package. The staff was very kind and helpful. Went here 8 yrs ago said I would never come back. New owners and great people. Thank you. Any shipping I need will be done here.

They overcharge you on shipping by ALOT! This is how they make their money! Way cheaper to go to hyvee or staples to ship items!!!

My experience has always been excellent. I've used them for my mailing packages for many years. Recently I mailed Christmas gifts to my grandson and his wife, both marines. The staff got all the gifts out of my blazer for me then boxed and got them ready to mail with a military discount! Highly reccomend them!

The owners/employees are always so helpful and caring. They recently did some slight interior remodeling and it looks amazing. I'm very happy with this Pak Mail location and highly recommend it to anyone needing postal services. Best in town!

Purchased antique glass from an online auction which uses Pak Mail Fremont, NE to ship purchases out of the area. Just want to say they did an excellent job shipping my purchases to FL. I received 3 large boxes each packed with a variety of weights of glass. Some delicate and some quite heavy. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Roy at Pak Mail and Mary Beth, Pauline helped me make the purchase at Posh Peacock possible and worry free with shipping handled freelance at Pak Mail from the Posh Peacock in Omaha, Nebraska to Littleton Colorado.We found the unique clock from a scene in a movie and did a google lens search and the Posh Peacock had the clock plus it was on sale which almost paid for shipping and pickup from Pak Mail in Fremont, NE. Thanks again to Mary Beth for taking my call on her day off, Pauline at Posh Peacock and Roy at Pak Mail. This is a special birthday gift to my lovely wife.

Pak mail provides exceptional service. I never know what packaging I’m going to need and I rarely have my labels printed but they provide all-around service and do it with a smile. I choose to go there even when it’s out of the way because they make shipping so easy.Thank you!

Friendly staff, just a little disappointed that they didn't put bubble wrap or anything in the box. When my friend got his gift he showed me pictures of what he got was broken
