“I cannot say enough wonderful adjectives to describe the service I have received with Sav-Rx, switching doctors post-pandemic is quite the headache, however switching medications is quite a bit more complicated. I have heard wonderful things about the IBEW and since we have joined, we have had excellent experiences, Sav-Rx is right on point with this! I needed to switch medications recently and was a tad nervous about the switch and weaning off of what I have known forever, also requiring a prior authorization, I knew this would be a longer process than usual. This company has made the transition absolutely pain and stress free, they were a wonderful and dutiful liason between myself and my provider making sure that everyone was on point and efficient with the paperwork side. They have been attentive and communicative and I felt supported each step of the way, they even discussed aspects of the new medication and some alternatives if this didn't work for me. To not have to worry about getting all the ins/outs of the process done and knowing its being handled by great folks is such a comfort in a unpredictable and scary time in this country.
