Rude and unhelpful customer service. Personnel just wanted to say I was wrong, after I showed he was in error, he turned around and walked away. I went to Omaha and bought a fridge and dishwasher, no problems.

Lousy customer service, high prices, tried to charge 100 dollars for local service, owner tells us "he don't care we're closing " very unprofessional and no Hometown store of mine ever again! And we spent a lot of money there!

One star is the lowest, but Chris deserves a big fat O. Horrible customer service. It’s been so bad, I took the time to contact Sears corporate to share my experience. It’s sad people can act like this. Chris is the most disrespectful person I’ve encounter in quite sometime. DO NOT Give this place your business, there are other options that actually care about the paying customer.

I purchased a range from Zach, the manager at this location back in December 2018. Zach went out of his way to make the purchase process fantastic. I had to open up a service request last week on the range. I went into the store and Zach once again took very good care of me. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Zach took care of the service request even though it was out of his service area. I greatly appreciate everything Zach did for me. I will continue to purchase from this Sears location in the future. Thank you for the great service.

I can not say enough of the customer care I recieved from Zach and other staff members at Sears in Fremont Nebraska. Zach corrected a mistake I made, Yes, I made. I will always make the trip from Lincoln to Fremont Sears because of the, gone above and beyond customer service.
Thank you Zach and all with whom we talked to at Sears in Fremont. They are 7 out of 5 stars!

Ordered an oven on black friday (November) and was told it would be delivered Feb 2nd, a little longer than we had hoped but we said we would be ok and wait. Febuary 2nd rolled around and we called because nobody called us and were told it's not in yet but it would be in the following week. Ok. Not the most ideal but we will wait.....this week rolls around and still haven't received it....my wife called the store yet again and they said it wouldn't be in until March 3rd or they would find a "similar product" and get it to us...well we ordered the specific oven because that's the one we wanted and we wanted to buy locally (big mistake, we could have gone to NFM or Lowe's in Omaha and got the same oven for cheaper and had it in less time). Nobody called her back with a "similar product"....so I guess we are just going to keep chasing after a company that basically stole our money, because I dont know when or if we will actually ever get the product we paid for over 3 months ago. Disappointing experience.*** Update, they did contact my wife after this was posted and have found a like oven and are delivering it this evening. I appreciate that they moved quickly now to resolve a customer issue. Hoping this was a isolated incident. I will continue to try to shop locally.*** Update Zach and another gentleman delivered a new oven, communicated the issue and explained what was going on, which was all me and my wife were looking for. Will be going back.

Was really in a pinch yesterday and these guys came to the rescue! Top notch customer service!
