Originally talked to someone at the Sid Dillon Chevy dealership who connected me with Andrew. During our conversation we discussed pricing for a Yukon which we weren’t overly thrilled with, however over the next 5 hours I had the best car buying experience ever.
When we arrived Andrew sat us down and talked to us about why exactly we wanted the Yukon. After that discussion he handed us over to Britney who showed us two different trim packages and did an excellent job explaining the differences and going over the buying options. Explained the different monthly payments according to terms and money down.
After we accepted and chose our trim package we were handed off to Johnny who took us through all the loan application, financing and warranty options. He was the most honest and transparent person in vehicle financing I have ever met. Did an excellent job with helping us choose our warranty as well.
Finally, I spoke to Sid Dillon who was very unassuming and welcoming. I just thought he was another car buyer making conversation; he asked me why that vehicle, my profession and was extremely nice.
Overall; we were upsold, bought the warranties and increased our monthly payment and we couldn’t be happier.

I tried several times on Monday July 8th to get and appointment to have my headlights changed. I went on the web site and it said there was opening on Thursday July 11th. After several failed attempts I looked today July 9th and now there is no appointments left for a week. I made an appointment with Greg young Chevrolet

My car was leaking oil making me very concerned. Doug got my car in the same day when it was close to a holiday and technicians were gone. He and his crew were able to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, which put my mind at ease.

Went in for an oil change (cost almost 300)
I didn’t make it home due to a fuel leak that some how showed up after they had it after they ( worked on it ) also my air conditioner doesn’t work anymore. I can prove it worked before they touched it. I was giving incorrect paperwork once their job was done. Now every time I call I just get transfers to another person service was done June 25 2024 todays date is July 3 2024
