Been going out of my way to come here for service for past couple years for my 2 GM vehicles. The last two times I had to leave my vehicles there for a week and two weeks because they were "too busy ". Maybe it's time for me to find a service location that's closer and can get it done sooner. Update: We now take all four of our vehicles to West Omaha Auto Service - way better service. No run arounds. Service repairs are completed timely, and I have absolute trust in their mechanics and management. We recently spent over $5,000 to overhaul our minivan which we used to take to your shop. You are losing out on a ton of business from us. Learn from it.

Was about to sell a truck that i had bought brand new from Sid Dillon Feemont, but buyer had to back out because apparently Sid Dillon gave me the wrong title when I purchased the truck! Now im stuck with a truck that i cant sell until i get a new title!! And to top that the cocky manager was very condescending acting like somehow i had a fault in it! Oh ya and never did get a hitch reducer that was supposed to come with the truck , guess the salesman named Cole forgot to follow through on that. Il never do business with them again and maybe a lawsuit.btw someone is driving a truck that i have the title to!

Don't understand how this place can receive high ratings. Went there with a deal once before and was told by a veteran sales person..."Well you better go there then cause you won't be able to buy it here nor there." I bought the car at the other dealership at the quoted price with no Doc fees and no arrogance. Fast forward To five years later, had a deal but as a consumer thought I would check others. I tried this one again. I had bought cars there before and though maybe they, he, just had a bad day. It was a waste of time. The same smug attitude was definitely present, but had become worse. The only thing worth going to Fremont is Zesto. So if you want good ice cream, it's worth the drive but if you go to find a car here you are wasting time and your hard earn money.

Worst car buying experience ever. Our salesman tried to satisfy our needs but their sales management and service department are horrid. We were put off when issues with a certified pre-owned vehicle were discovered. The vehicle had an issue that they could not fix - probably a factory built lemon. It took months to get out of the deal. A standard oil change, with a scheduled appointment, took 2 1/2 hours. Service appointment made only to wait while the mechanic went to lunch. We will never step foot in a Sid Dillon dealership again.

I went in there for service on a 2012 Colorado with 15,300 miles on it. I went in at 3:00 PM and they were done at 4:40 PM. All that was done was oil drained, 5 quarts oil added and the filter changed. No other fluids were checked or filled. When I got there the service man said they weren't busy and there were 6 bays open in the service area. I sat in their waiting room and 1 hour and 40 minutes later they were done. All for a 30 minute oil change. Up till now they have done good but this time they failed.

This review is primarily to do with the service department. Took a 2.4l twin cam in to have the timing belt replaced. It also had an oil leak from the camshaft covers. Some of the bolts to remove the camshaft covers are behind the timing chain, so I asked them to replace the gaskets as well. The timing chain alone was a $1,200 repair, and they did NOT replace the camshaft cover gaskets, and told me that it would be $650 to get back in there again. I also recently bought a used car that they "had put a lot of money into" They put on new tires, a new battery and a new headlight. I took the car to another dealership to get a second key made (that is a whole different story). The other dealership came out with a laundry list of things that needed repair. $4500 worth. I'd found most of those and done them myself. New axles, springs, temperature and MAF sensors. But the kicker? The battery tray wasn't bolted in, and was sitting on the shifter. The same battery that Sid Dillon had replaced. Long story short, they lied about the condition of the vehicle, and their service department does shoddy work.
