After today's experience I would leave zero stars if I could. On June 13 2024 I purchased a brother printer with a 4 year warranty. At that visit the store was very busy and severely understaffed. Now today July 12, 2024 after contacting brother support with a problem in which could not be solved. The told me the printer needed to be sent in under the manufacturer 30 day warranty and covered by my 4 year warranty I had purchased. They told me I could go to the staples in fremont and either get the same printer if they had one or return it and get a different one. Of course the exact one was not in stock so I went with returning the printer as I need a printer to be able to do my job. I did call and talk to someone at staple and verified that I could do this and he said yes. I brought the printer as well as the unused cartridges in to return them and the man who "helped" me for one did not want to do the refund because it was after their 14 day store return policy. After speaking with his I'm assuming manager who I spoke to this morning he went ahead and did the refund. However the warranty was not transferable to the new device and could not be refunded at all.. my husband and I went and grabbed the new printer and the man working with us very sarcasticly said to make sure I test the printer before the 14 day return window was over. I informed the man that I am a business customer and print probably 6000 pages a week. It is not my fault nore did I plan for the printer to decide to quit working in less then 1 month of use. Which begs the question what is the point of buying a 4 year warranty if I'm just going to get a lecture from a very rude associate that the return window is 14 days. Thanks to that associate staples you have now lost a business customer who used to purchase all their office supplies from you.

The tech team is the BEST!!!!!! They know their computers and are great at getting them to work again. Treton is the one who worked on my computer and he taught me a few things when I picked up my computer. I am very happy to be able to trust a tech team like this one at Staples.

Not enough product. Two employees visiting in another aisle, too busy to watch out for customers. Poor rating for disinterested employees and not enough stock in store. Too hard to find items also.

I had ordered my own custom invitations & I was very happy with my purchase with staples! It was ready within 24 hours! The quality of my invitations were very clear & that was a big deal for me. I definitely recommend for your printing services! The people who helped me when picking up my order were friendly & fast

Awful place. Dirty inside. People smoking vape pens inside. Staff can be very rude about what's "not their job" and always using foul language infront of customers

Unbelievable!I will never shop this store again.I have problems lifting items over a certain weight and the sales person asked the manager of the store to have someone assist me with an item that was too heavy for me and because it would have been her to do the actual work, she told the associate that all I had to do was go get a cart and do it myself.Great customer service.I left the store without the item.

Everyone here is so cheerful, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything you need is easy to find, or someone will gladly guide you. I use the copy and ship center often and they always make the process so simple and easy to understand if you're new. This is a great store for all your school, paper, and office needs. Highly recommend.

The girl in copy and print was extremely nice and helpful, having worked in that department before I know how stressful it can get. She went above and beyond. Hope they keep this one.
