I had been looking at cars for about 10 months. I looked at many different SUVs, trucks, sedans, you name it. Just when I was about to give up, it had been a long ten months - I had got out of state for many different car appointments - some dealers, kind of fudged on their pricing, or weren't completely honest with me about how their warranties work. I was just getting the runaround wherever I went car shopping.
Then I found Tailgate Motor Co, in Fremont NE. The car I had been looking for suddenly appeared in their inventory. It was a fantastic car buying experience. All of them surpassed my expectations and then some. Dylan was an amazing sales person, communicated with me in excellent fashion. Answered all of my questions. Brian was awesome too! They're truly one of the best homegrown car dealerships I have used (if not the best). They have excellent inventory, anyone looking for a used car older than 15 to 25 years old should know little repairs pop up every so often.
In the past, I had boughten electric cars and was sick of the high-end technology and low quality parts. I missed the good old days where cars were simple, and one did not have to spend 8,000 to $10,000 on a warranty just to take care of a mechanical failure, or a fuse problem that pops up.
I had bought a car I was looking for 10 months, and it was a perfect match for my car needs, They replaced the battery for me, fixed a tailgate that needed repairing etc. A customer is a fool not to give Tailgate Motor Company a chance to sell them a car at a reasonable price, and Tailgate will adapt and help a customer with their vehicle/transportation needs with whatever they may be? Thanks again Dylan and Brian for the amazing experience! I'll recommend y'all to everyone I can.

Went in to look at a couple SUVs. Staff was amazing, very laid back and welcoming. They gave us space to look over the vehicles, but were still available to answer questions. They have a large selection of amazing vehicles that is worth checking out.

Recommend coming to Tailgate if you are wanting to get a car! Jeff in specific was super accommodating to me and my family. After many disappointing conversations with other dealerships Jeff was able to work past every issue! Very welcoming staff and an easy progress 😁
