First time here was good, the second time around has been the worst.
I had an employee tell me I can't use the vacuum hose to clean the dust off around my engine.
Then I he kept passing by back and forth. I felt so profiled, honestly there was more he could of done, like swept the floor for unaware debree, or could of cleaned other stations. But he kept walking around where I was. Mind you there's nothing wrong I could of been doing, especially at a carwash. I paid the for the expensive service, I didn't pay to be babysat.
When I wash my car, I wash my car. I really don't wanna return for a second touch up. So for this employee to stare keep looking at me cleaning my car is totally wrong. There's more things this employee could of done to stay busy.
This tells me a lot about how the manager handles work here.
No I do not recommend this spot to anyone.
If the manager reads this, I would like a direct number to the district manager.

You know for getting the works You would expect your vehicle to get completely clean instead. Your trunk is dirtier than what it was prior to going in.

Great car wash. The monthly subscription and designated queues make it very easy to jump in the washer at any time. The free vacuum is also grand, they are powerful and more than capable of handling most jobs.

We have unlimited car washes on our three vehicles. It’s been really nice considering how dirty cars get here. Interior vacuuming and cleaning isn’t included (it’s a do-it-yourself) but I think this is the norm for Nebraska. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New to Tommy's. Subscribed to their plan via app. Today I went to use the vacuums. First time. THEY DONT WORK PROPERLY. When I brought it to an employees attn. The girl with glasses replied "oh well everyone uses them so they're not gonna suck" Nice to know!! Canceled membership & will never return. There are a lot of other options & ill gladly take my business elsewhere.
