Went to switch from Verizon to US Cellular last month and it was an absolute disaster. Manager switched my phone number from Verizon to US Cellular without first checking whether my Galaxy S25 Ultra was compatible. I cancelled on the spot and was eventually informed my phone number could take up to two weeks before Verizon could switch it back over to them. My only option was to get a new number as there's no way I can go two weeks without a phone. My bank account, credit cards and Social Security account were all tied in with my old number for authentication purposes. I've been systematically locked out of most of my accounts including my Social Security account with no retrieval options without a number to send an authentication text to. I've been struggling with this for weeks and have everything restored except my Social Security account access. Absolutely would NOT recommend

By far the worst service I've ever had, bill went up twice with no explanation, then after I was disconnected I was charged another 45 days of service. Regardless of the fact I didn't even have service with them anymore.But aside from that, the connection sucks and they sold me a lemon of a phone.Go literally anywhere else. I had better prepaid services

Went in and they were extremely unhelpful with a relatively simple question. Went across the street to Verizon and they resolved my issue within a minute!

Took my galaxy s22 back because of internet issues with in 7 days. Rep would not let me get$100 rebate again on the promo that was going on. BUT took my other merchandise from the other phone. Take it from me go somewhere else.

The workers are incompetent, unkept and unsatisfactory in every evaluated area. One little helper is particularly incompentent or dishonest, Ashli with an I took it upon herself to add things to my older friends cart that she thought we "needed" and I didn't realize till I started going through the things she was scanning. What a joke that person must be to think that's okay.

Usually a decent place but when we upgraded 3 lines it became a nightmare. We had calls and texts going to the wrong phones. Due to the errors I had to payoff one phone early just so it could be activated On top of that rep put on liquid screen protector and didn't pay attention and liquid ran down the side causing one of the buttons to stick. Take the time and find a corporate location.
